Rhino Ag Recognized With EDA Most Improved Company Award for 2017

With higher ratings across all categories in the 2017 EDA Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey, Rhino Ag has received this year’s Most Improved Company Award from the Equipment Dealers Association.

The company achieved the greatest percentage increase in ratings among all manufacturers compared to the 2016 survey. Rhino showed significant improvements in all 11 product and service categories, and in a separate overall satisfaction rating from dealers.

Rhino was also recognized with an EDA Gold Level Award, which is presented to manufacturers that receive exemplary ratings in the report.

Dan Samet, president of Rhino Ag, said the company has experienced a consistent upward trend since embarking on an improvement process three years ago. Significant progress has been achieved this year in such areas as parts, warranties and technical support.

“Our entire organization has really embraced the concept of continuous improvement from top to bottom, and winning the Most Improved Company Award is a testament to this effort,” he said.  “We’re very excited by the results.”

Samet noted while many companies concentrate on their competition, Rhino Ag has focused on partnering with its dealers to improve customer service. “Rhino Ag has been known historically for its rugged, quality products,” he said. “We’re also doing a better job of making the customer number one.  When the customer wins, we win and our dealers win.”

“In reviewing their scores, Rhino’s attention to dealer satisfaction is obvious,” said Joe Dykes, vice president of industry relations for EDA. “They improved significantly in every category this year, in some cases by almost a full point!  We hope they keep the momentum and use this recognition to facilitate additional growth.”
