LS Tractor USA Earns EDA Dealer’s Choice Award For Third Consecutive Year

A continued focus on meeting the highest product and service standards has enabled LS Tractor USA to earn an EDA Dealer’s Choice Award for the third year in a row.

The award is based on high ratings LS Tractor USA received for operations and dealer support in the Tractor Category of the 2017 Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey Report, conducted by the Equipment Dealers Association. The company was recognized for top scores in all 11 business categories, including product quality, availability and technical support, plus a separate overall satisfaction rating from dealers.

Craig O’Brien, commercial relations manager for LS Tractor USA, said receiving the award for three straight years documents the dedication of the company and its employees in meeting the needs of dealers and end users. “We’re extremely grateful for this recognition, which represents a closely knit team effort,” he said. “We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and appreciate the continued loyalty of our dealers and their confidence in our products. Winning this award for the third straight year speaks volumes as we strive to put our seal on an unprecedented level of overall excellence.”

O’Brien noted that LS Tractor USA listens closely to its dealers, and reaches out to them frequently to be attuned to what products they need and if any improvements are needed. “The Dealer’s Choice Award really represents the culmination of these efforts,” he said. “A special thank you goes out to our CEO, Deryk Johannes, who has steered this organization in the right direction.”

“LS Tractor is to be commended for showing consistency in their exceptional dealer ratings as evidenced by their receiving this award for three consecutive years,” said Joe Dykes, vice president of industry relations for EDA. “It shows a strong commitment to their dealer network and the dealer-manufacturer relationship.”

With North American operations based in Battleboro, North Carolina, LS Tractor USA manufactures compact tractors, utility tractors and attachments. The company also operates three assembly and distribution facilities in Louisiana, California and Illinois and has a network of about 336 dealer locations in the U.S. and 40 in Canada.
