John Deere Achieves Third Consecutive EDA Dealer’s Choice Award

For the third year in a row, John Deere has captured the EDA Dealer’s Choice Award in the Full-Line Manufacturer category.

The recognition is based on achieving the highest product and service rankings in EDA’s 2017 Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey. John Deere achieved high marks in all 11 business categories, including product and parts quality and technical support, as well as in a separate overall satisfaction rating from dealers.

“Our dealers are one of the main reasons we are successful,” said Bob Timmons, sales director for the John Deere Ag and Turf Division. “It’s great to be recognized by them, as we are always looking for ways to strengthen this partnership. This recognition highlights the importance of that effort.”

Timmons said receiving the 2017 Dealer’s Choice Award also demonstrates the company’s commitment to quality products and services. “This helps our dealers ensure a great customer experience and makes a difference. When the customer is satisfied, we all win – and that starts with our dealers,” he said.
