High marks for the quality of its field managers and robust dealer services propelled John Deere to a Dealer’s Choice Award based on dealer responses in the 2016 Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey Report for the second consecutive year.
The award, presented by the Equipment Dealers Association (EDA) in the Full-Line manufacturer classification, is based on the top ratings Deere received for its overall operations and dealer support.

Dealer comments in the survey validate Deere’s focus on providing unsurpassed dealer support and the company’s core values of integrity, quality, commitment, and innovation. One dealer wrote: “There is no company that compares in terms of product, marketing, support, quality and history.” Another stated: “Our rep is great to work with and handles all issues in a timely manner.”
