Dedication to Customer Service Helps LS Tractor USA Receive Second Consecutive Dealer’s Choice Award

LS Tractor has operated in the U.S. only since 2009, but has made a big impact in that relatively short time among its dealers and their customers. The company attributes its success to a continued focus on providing exceptional customer service, which helped it earn the EDA Dealer’s Choice Award in the Tractor Category for the second consecutive year.

The award is based on top ratings LS Tractor USA received for operations and dealer support in the 2016 Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey Report. With North American operations based in Battleboro, North Carolina, the company manufactures compact tractors, utility tractors and attachments.

O’Brien said outstanding customer service, both for dealers and end users, is a key pillar of the organization. “We have focused from day one on exceptional customer service and the survey speaks for itself,” he said. “Everyone has a tractor to sell. But we’re also dedicated to maintaining a high level of professionalism at all levels. That means treating everyone fairly, being extremely accessible at all levels, putting our dealers first and creating strong relationships with them. Receiving this award in back-to-back years speaks volumes,” he added.

“Last year, when I visited with Craig and CEO Deryk Johannes, I was very impressed with the relationships they have with their dealers,” noted EDA president and CEO Rick Lawhun. “They do a wonderful job of communicating and responding to dealer and customer needs and our members greatly appreciate their efforts – as evidenced by the survey results.”

Dealer comments in the survey validate LS Tractor USA’s commitment to service, quality and value. One dealer stated: “We have been in the tractor business for 50 years. We find LS Tractor to be the finest company that we have ever dealt with.” Another stated: “I have enjoyed the way informed service managers help with technical problems and solutions. Also, when you call, you talk to a person right away.”

In addition to its North Carolina headquarters, LS Tractor USA has three additional assembly and distribution facilities in Louisiana, California and Illinois. The company has a network of about 315 dealers in the U.S. and 39 in Canada. Since establishing a North America presence, it reports growing at twice the industry growth rate.
