Fenton, MO (May 1, 2018) – Luby Equipment Services, a St. Louis-based CASE Construction Equipment Dealer, has expanded its branch in Quincy, Illinois, to include additional service bays. The new service bays were necessary to keep up with customer demand and gives technicians more room to perform maintenance and repairs. Luby hosted an open house at their Quincy store on Friday April 20, 2018, to celebrate the addition.

“With drastically warmer weather, we were a little concerned that our customers would be back at work, but a lot of them broke away for an hour to come have lunch and enjoy some networking,” says Jenny Swafford, sales & marketing coordinator at Luby Equipment Services. “It was a great turnout, and we will be doing more events throughout the year.”

The open house event consisted of a catered lunch from Bros BBQ, various door prizes from CASE, Takeuchi, Eager Beaver Trailers, and Virnig Attachments, and a Yeti Cooler giveaway. The crowd of over 100 people had the opportunity to participate in a “backhoe rodeo,” in which contestants tested their equipment operating skills.

Luby will be kicking off the summer with a unique visit from Illinois’ 18th District Congressman Darin LaHood on May 3. “The congressman will be touring our Quincy store and discussing current legislative issues and concerns with the Luby employees,” says David Kedney, sales manager at Luby Equipment Services.
